T. Craig Takacs

President and Cofounder

Prior to Dynalyst, Mr. Takacs worked for Institutional Capital Management, where he served as the firm’s technology analyst. Mr. Takacs received his BBA in Business Management in 1984 from Texas A&M University. Mr. Takacs is also involved at the Board-level with numerous companies including UMED Holdings, Inc.

 

 

David Cox

Plant General Manager

Mr. Cox began his PCB manufacturing career in 1979. He studied Business Management and Printed Circuit Technology at Saddleback College and industry-related courses at Goldenwest.  He cultivated his PCB management experience with stints as; Production, Operations, Engineering, Sales and ultimately General Manager. His career has included assignments on the West Coast, the Midwest and the great state of Texas. Mr. Cox left his VP of Sales position at Suntech Circuits, Inc. in mid-2005 to assume the General Manager position for the Dynalyst PCB manufacturing operation in Taylor, Texas.

 

 

Mark Bouril

Engineering/QC Manager

Mr. Bouril’s career in the design, layout and fabrication of PCB's started in 1984 designing backplanes for use in Telecom switching equipment for such companies as Mitel, Northern Telecom, MCI, Sprint, AT&T. Subsequent experience included motherboard and backplane design of EMASS (Electronic Mass Storage System) at E-Systems from 1987 to 1991, when he joined Compuroute until 1996, responsible for CAM, Planning, and all front end engineering for ATE and Probe Card fabrication.

 

Mr. Bouril gained entrepreneurial experience from 1996 to 1999 designing PCB's for use in wireless telecom base stations for such companies as Motorola, Ericsson, and Bell Northern Research. Before joining the Dynalyst team in 2004, Mr. Bouril was responsible for all front-end and process engineering operations at Cerprobe (later bought by K&S) as their Engineering Manager. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UT-Arlington.

 

 

Alberto Milan

Test Engineer

Mr. Milan started his career in the Printed Circuit Board world as a test operator with Sanmina in 1999. There he extended deep roots in the fields of electrical test programming and fault analysis. Mr. Milan has been with Dynalyst since its inception, where he has continued to advance his industry knowledge as Test Engineer and Department Manager. His dedication to the achievement of Dynalyst’s goals and objectives are rivaled only by those fall weekends spent at Darrell K. Royal Stadium.

 

 

Dave Briley

Production Control Manager

Mr. Briley began his PCB manufacturing career in 1974 with McCurdy Circuits in Orange, CA performing the duties of Photo Technician, Silkscreen Operator, as well as Drill Supervisor.  Over the years, Mr. Briley refined his knowledge in virtually every process of PCB manufacturing, with extensive experience in drill and rout, photo processing, and silk screening.  He joined California-based Super Circuits in 1995 as Production Control Manager and Product Manager respectively.  In 1997, Mr. Briley moved on to Dynamotion Manufacturing in Santa Ana, CA serving as Applications/Field Service Engineer traveling the U.S. and abroad; installing, training, and servicing drill machines for the PCB Industry.  Mr. Briley was recruited by Dynalyst in mid- 2014 as Production Control Manager after some 40 years of PCB experience.

 

 

Maria Miralles

Customer Service

Mrs. Miralles was a Lead Inspector at Multek’s PCB facility in Austin, TX before joining Taylor Technologies in 2000. She managed QC for Taylor Technologies and subsequently for Dynalyst, after the 2003 PCB fabrication facility acquisition. Her solid understanding of processes and criteria, as well as her familiarity with our ATE customers, prepared her for the role as “the VOICE” of our customer’s throughout the Plant, which she has sustained since 2009.

 

 

Holly Leopold

Purchasing Manager

Mrs. Leopold began her career in 1999 with Goodrich Aerospace in Austin, TX spending her time servicing multiple aviation instruments. After the aviation industry downturn post-911, Mrs. Leopold moved on to High End Systems in the customer service and inventory departments for the engineering and production of automated stage lighting.  In 2006, Mrs. Leopold was recruited back into the Aerospace Industry by DAC International, Inc. in the Engineering & Certification Division where she sourced components and materials (including PCBs) for new designs, production inventory management, and cost accounting for various projects including data converters and embedded systems for multiple aircraft. Mrs. Leopold joined Dynalyst in mid-2012 as Purchasing Manager.

 

 

Joe Schaefer

Controller

Mr. Schaefer started his career in 1978 with Westinghouse Electric Corporation.  After gaining experience in Audit, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, International Accounting and Government Contracts, covering 16 years, Mr. Schaefer left Westinghouse to operate his own business for 14 years.  Mr. Schaefer joined Dynalyst Corporation in mid-2013 as its Senior Controller.
